ROC (Redeeming Our Communities) Concert

Published on by foyleinternational

On Wednesday 9 May 2012, over 2000 people filled the Belfast Waterfront from across Northern Ireland who wanted to see communities in Northern Ireland transformed.

The evening was a fun, engaging, energetic mix of live music, entertainment and inspiring stories showcasing shining examples of community action initiatives collaborating with others to make a difference across Northern Ireland.

The event inspired people in Northern Ireland to support projects, get involved and activate ideas for new ways of working together.

A group of Foyle International students attended the event in Belfast with members of the Police Service. They enjoyed acts such as Janet Devlin (X-Factor), Belfast Gospel Choir, Street Dance and many more.
